Maintaining Approved Status
In conjunction with Cisco, Talpro continually monitors the performance of all approved
vendors within the SRS program. The purpose of this program is not only to generate
a large quantity of candidates but also to deliver a high caliber of talent to each of
Cisco's dedicated Channel Partners.
Once a staffing agency enters the SRS program, it becomes their job to ensure that
their entire organization performs at its peak performance while engaging SRS
requisitions.
Becoming a SRS Approved Staffing Vendor

At this time the SRS program is not accepting any new agency approval applications.
You may still submit your company's interest in the SRS program by sending an email to
srs@talpro.com. Please include your company's
name, website address, phone number and a contact name.
Staffing Agencies wishing to become an approved staffing vendor for the Cisco SRS
program must be able to show their organization's ability to source and recruit top
quality talent. In addition, the agencies should have an extensive history of recruiting
technical candidates particularly in hard to fill roles such as networking, VoIP,
hardware sales and support.
