Program of Cisco Systems, Inc. to be part of its Strategic Recruitment Solution and its exclusive
provider of contingency and contract vendor management solutions for Cisco's US and Canadian Channel

Through this relationship, Talpro will manage a list of approved IT staffing vendors who have been
pre-qualified to work directly with Cisco Channel Partners. These vendors will provide Channel
